Super Bowl?

Well since I am not a huge football fan, well unless one of my grand's are playing, I have spent my day coloring digital images and cleaning.  What all have you guys been up to today?
My friend is a huge fan of lilies, so I have worked on the "main flower" for a canvas I am making for her.  The picture below shows the flower before I have cut it out so it will not have a background other than the canvas when I am finished.

I think I will be using the Lindy's Stamp Gang sprays for my background along with some paints.  But I know the sprays will add the touch that will make the flowers pop right off the canvas!.

I will post the picture of what I colored today and will be posting more pictures soon.  I want to get some of the background done so I can show you my process as I go along.

My First Bestie

I wanted to share my very first "coloring" of a Bestie and card. I used Spectrum Noir markers for the coloring, droplets on the centers of the flowers. I sponge inked doilies and used a cricut butterfly cut.....of course there has to be glitter too!
I know that this is the beginning of an addiction, so many more in my future.

My niece came to visit a while back and I made her this journal.  She loves to write poetry so I wanted her to have something special to put her thoughts into :-)

Altered Frame

I just love how this project turned out!
